Wow! It’s Tuesday already and I’m happy to share my once a year Treasured Tidbit – my birthday.
My family had a small gathering and a beautiful cake to mark the occasion last weekend.
The best part? The love in the room!

Born in Illinois in the mid-1950s and raised in West Texas and North Carolina, I was never quite sure whether to be a gangster, a cowgirl or a Southern Belle. Now, at 60-something, I think I have some of it figured out and am ready to share some of my hard-fought-for wisdom with the rest of the world.
